Questions shop owners ask
Do I need internet all the time?
No. Once opened, the billing counter keeps working without internet and the bills sync when the connection is back. Other screens need internet.
Which computer or phone do I need?
Any laptop or computer with Chrome, or an Android phone or tablet. iPhone works too. Nothing to install: open the website, or add it to your home screen like an app.
Is my data safe?
Your data belongs to you. It is kept separate from every other store, sent over encrypted connections and backed up every night. You can download it at any time.
I use other software now. Can I move?
Yes. Export your stock to Excel from your old software and import it into Medalune. We help you on a call if needed.
Are bill and prescription photos safe with AI?
A photo is sent to Google’s Gemini AI only to read it, and Medalune does not keep it. You can always enter a bill by hand or search medicines instead. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Which printers work?
Normal A4/A5 printers, 58 mm and 80 mm receipt printers (USB or Wi-Fi), and Bluetooth receipt printers from an Android phone.
What happens after the free trial?
Choose a plan to keep working. If you do not, the account becomes view-only: nothing is deleted and you can still download your records.
